If the "Detection only" option of the EOS R6 Mark II is activated, the camera will not focus back on the background if the subject moves out of the frame. This feature is inspired by our Cinema EOS C70 camera and mimics the work of a professional focus puller to achieve cinematic results.

6K ProRes RAW

For maximum flexibility and image quality, you can record 6K ProRes RAW video to an external ATOMOS V+ recorder. The footage is easier to edit and offers a wider dynamic range. The extra resolution allows you to crop while maintaining 4K quality.

Don't be afraid of the dark

The EOS R6 Mark II's 24.2 megapixel sensor offers an ideal balance of speed, image quality and low-light capabilities. The ability to focus in darkness down to -6.5 EV1 (that's darker than the light of the half moon) is complemented by a maximum ISO sensitivity of 102,400 and an image stabilizer that is effective up to 8 stops of exposure (2).

Extended shutter speeds

With the standard LP-E6NH batteries, you can shoot around 50% longer. The EOS R6 Mark II is also compatible with any existing LP-E6 series batteries and the BG-R10 battery grip.

Voigtländer Nokton 50mm f1.0 VM black

The Nokton 50mm F1.0 aspherical VM is a first-class developed standard lens for full-frame cameras with Leica M mount and has a number of special features.

In addition to the very large aperture and outstanding imaging performance, one of the development goals was a compact design so that the lens does not protrude into the viewfinder image. This was achieved by using a specially ground front lens made of a glass material with a high refractive index (Grinding Aspherical Lens). This simplified the lens configuration without compromising on image quality and limited the length of the lens to 55 mm. In addition, floating elements are used, i.e. a specific group of lenses is brought into the optimum position depending on the shooting distance to ensure consistently clear and uncompromising image sharpness at all times.

This high technical effort is reflected in the top image quality and gives the user a wide range of image composition options. The sharpness performance is impressive right into the peripheral areas, the large bokeh at open aperture is impressive and the rich handling simply makes photographic work fun. ! The shortest shooting distance is 0.9 m (depending on the camera used), the weight is 484 g.

The Voigtländer 50 mm F1.0 Nokton aspherical VM is only available in the color black. With the appropriate adapters, it can also be used with Sony E-mount, Fujifilm X-mount and Nikon Z-mount digital cameras.
