Powerful image processor and precise autofocus

The X-T30 III is equipped with the back-illuminated 26.1 megapixel sensor "X-Trans CMOS 4" and the high-speed processor "X-Processor 5". The resulting energy efficiency enables a battery life of up to 425 shots per charge in energy-saving mode.

The autofocus system of the X-T30 III offers object-oriented scene recognition based on artificial intelligence. The algorithm developed using deep learning technology not only recognizes and tracks people's faces and eyes, but also reliably keeps animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, planes, trains, insects and drones in focus.

The X-T30 III enables video recording in 6.2K/30p with 4:2:2 10-bit as well as high-speed recording in 4K/60p and 1080/240p. The digital image stabilization compensates for slight camera shake and strong camera movements, for example when filming while walking.

Compact and lightweight design

The X-T30 III impresses with its lightweight and compact housing with a centrally positioned, classic viewfinder and has the same dimensions (W 118.4 mm × H 82.8 mm × D 46.8 mm) and the same weight (378 g) as its predecessor, the X-T30 II.

Twenty different Fujifilm film simulations are available directly in the camera, including REALA ACE and NOSTALGIC Neg. This color technology, based on traditional photographic films, gives everyone - including newcomers to photography - quick access to high-quality, atmospheric images. A special film simulation wheel on the top of the camera enables quick and intuitive selection of the desired simulation to suit the subject or scene.
The film simulation dial also offers three freely assignable positions (FS1 to FS3), on which preferred film simulations and image quality settings can be saved as individual "FS recipes".

High ease of use

The AUTO mode switch on the top of the camera allows the Fujifilm X-T30 III to be switched directly to AUTO mode. In this mode, the camera automatically recognizes the scene and adopts the appropriate parameters - so you can take atmospheric, high-quality shots without any complicated settings.

A flash is integrated in the central viewfinder, which automatically adjusts its output and is ideal for portrait shots in low light or backlit conditions. As it is located directly above the lens axis, it enables precise alignment with the subject and thus provides a classic shooting experience.
The rear LCD monitor has 1.62 million pixels and a tilt function that facilitates shooting from high and low angles - particularly practical for travel and landscape photography. The camera's ergonomically designed grip ensures that the compact, lightweight body is stable and secure in the hand.

Compatible with instax Link™ printers

The Fujifilm X-T30 III can be wirelessly connected to FUJIFILM's instax Link™ series of smartphone printers. This enables direct printing without an additional app. A new addition is support for the instax™ mini, instax™ SQUARE and instax™ WIDE formats, which enables a seamless process from shooting to printing.

The new lens, which is excellent for both photo and video recording, joins the camera system that has won many awards for its outstanding image quality and compact design, and is also known for its unmatched Fujifilm color reproduction.

The XF18-120mm F4 LM PZ WR covers the focal length range from 18mm wide-angle to 120mm telephoto (equivalent to 27-183mm 35mm). The universal 6.7x Zoom can be used for a variety of different shooting situations, from landscape shots to snapshots and portraits. The consistently high speed of F4 enables an attractive bokeh effect with soft background blur. A magnification of up to 0.2x is achieved for close-ups, enabling impressive shots of flowers and other plants. The Power Zoom lens is particularly interesting for anyone who frequently takes photos and videos with their Fujifilm camera. It is suitable for video recordings not only because of the motor Zoom, but also because the image section does not shift when focusing and there is no unwanted shift in focus when Zooming. . Universal Zoom range for photo and video The optical construction of the XF18-120mm F4 comprises 15 lens elements in 12 groups. The compact lens offers a 6.7x Zoom and a continuous aperture of F4. Three aspherical lenses and three ED elements ensure excellent imaging performance, effectively minimizing optical sharpness and chromatic aberrations as well as distortion. The lens is therefore not only an ideal choice for detailed landscape shots, but also for expressive close-ups and portraits. The focus lens has been positioned within the optical system to effectively minimize focus breathing: Advanced optical technologies originally developed by Fujinon for cinema film lenses ensure stable framing when focusing. The result is moving images of outstanding quality. The aspherical lens enables close-ups with up to 0.2x magnification. The shortest focusing distance is only 46 cm from the front lens over the entire focal length range. In the telephoto range of up to 120 mm (equivalent to 183 mm KB), format-filling shots are possible. The compact lens barrel makes it possible to approach even small and shy subjects (e.g. insects and butterflies) inconspicuously.

Fast and precise autofocus

The XF18-120mm F4 has a fast autofocus system that focuses precisely on the subject in just 0.02 seconds. The AF system is based on internal focusing, which uses a quiet linear motor to bring the compact and lightweight focus group into the required position at lightning speed. In conjunction with the new Fujifilm X-H2S, the lens offers advanced tracking AF performance. It is compatible with the camera's high-speed focus mechanism, which enables very natural-looking AF tracking for dynamic subjects - in both photo and video recordings.

Special video functions

The aperture setting has been optimized to prevent undesired incorrect exposures and jumps in brightness during video recordings. If the lighting intensity of the subject changes, the aperture is adjusted absolutely smoothly and evenly. With the help of the Power Zoom, which is activated via the "Zoom button" on the lens, even film novices can achieve smooth and professional-looking Zoom shots. The lens has a universal Zoom focus ring that allows the focal length to be changed or the focus to be adjusted at different speeds. When shooting movies, the speed of Zoom movement or focus shift can be precisely controlled, enabling new forms of creative expression. In combination with the new flagship model of the X series, the Fujifilm X-H2S, and the optionally available FT-XH transmitter, the lens can also be used for remote-controlled video recording. The lens and the camera connected to it can be controlled via an internet-based browser application. In this way, even small teams can realize sophisticated productions with several cameras.

Compact and lightweight housing

The use of aspherical lenses, ED elements and other special optical glass makes the XF18-120mm F4 a handy and lightweight Zoom lens that is ideal for mobile video shoots: it weighs just 460 grams and is just 123.5 mm long with a filter size of 72 mm. The lens barrel does not extend when Zooming, so that the lens is always perfectly balanced. The smooth-running Power Zoom mechanism is driven by a linear stepper motor, which moves the image section from wide-angle to telephoto without the usual tube rotation and in an absolutely straight line without deviating from the optical axis.

Splashproof and dustproof

The weatherproof housing has 13 seals that ensure that neither dust nor moisture can penetrate the interior and that the lens remains fully functional even at temperatures as low as minus 10 degrees Celsius. This means that you can take photos in unstable weather or dusty environments without worrying.
