Nikon Z50II body
Equipped with the powerful EXPEED 7 image processor, which is also used in the top-of-the-range Z9 model, and Nikon's own deep learning technology, the mirrorless Nikon Z50II enables effortless photography and filming. The camera automatically recognizes nine different subjects and accurately tracks even fast, unexpected movements. This compact DX lens produces impressive bokeh at f2.8. The versatile Zoom range offers many possibilities. Take a photo with 50 mm focal length and bokeh in the background and foreground: the subject will shine while the world around it disappears.
Softly drawn portraits

Razor sharp scenes.
f2.8 aperture is great for portraits with flattering, soft skin tones. A smaller aperture and greater depth of field are ideal for razor-sharp landscapes, street scenes, architecture and much more.
All-round wide-angle zoom
With such a compact, versatile and fast Zoom lens, you have plenty of options. The focal length range of 16 to 50 mm (equivalent to 24 to 75 mm in 35 mm/FX format) offers plenty of scope for different viewing angles and subjects.
Short focusing distance
Get up close without sacrificing sharpness. The closest focusing distance is 15 cm at 16 mm and 25 cm at 50 mm.
Outstanding low-light performance

. Powerful image stabilizer (VR) with moving lens group
Pack it up and go. With image stabilization of up to 4.5 f-stops*, this fast Zoom lens stays steady. You can take sharper handheld photos in low light and record clearer videos on the move.

Ready for video with the Z series
Autofocus, fast and quiet
A high-speed stepping motor (STM) enables fast, virtually silent autofocus. It works perfectly with the subject perception of the Z cameras, without disturbing focusing noise in the shot.
Reduced Focus Breathing
Ready for focus pulls? Focus Breathing is suppressed so that the focus can be shifted smoothly from the foreground to the background - without any disturbing changes in the angle of view.
Hi-Res Zoom
When shooting video, you can use the Hi-Res Zoom to extend the focal length range by twice as much without any loss of quality. Up to 100 mm without changing the lens.
Silent adjustment ring
Adjust settings silently by assigning important functions to the adjustment ring. Easily switch to manual focus or achieve a natural change in brightness by precisely adjusting the aperture
