The OM SYSTEM OM-3 seamlessly blends tradition and innovation. Inspired by the classic pentaprism, delta-shaped body and tactile top dials of the Olympus OM-1 from the days of film photography, the OM-3 integrates cutting-edge technology into a high-quality, compact and lightweight body that meets the needs of many photographers.

• Powerful imaging technology: Equipped with the TruePic X image processor and a 20.37 MP (1) Stacked BSI Live MOS sensor, the OM-3 delivers exceptional image quality and maximizes the performance of the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL lenses.

• Industry-leading stabilization: 5-axis image stabilization offers compensation of up to 6.5 shutter speeds for the center and 5.5 for the corner (2). When paired with compatible lenses, the camera supports Sync IS and offers even more powerful image stabilization with up to 7.5 shutter speeds in the center and 6.5 in the corner (3), ensuring blur-free images in any scenario.

• Built for adventure: A magnesium alloy body with IP53 splash and dust resistance (4) ensures reliable performance in harsh conditions, while freeze-proof functionality down to -10°C allows photographers to capture moments in any environment.

Customizable profiles for unique artistic expression

Recreate the look of classic film photography with the OM-3's intuitive color and monochrome profile control.

• Color profile control: Adjust the saturation of 12 colors in 11 levels, combined with light and shadow control for rich, dynamic tones. Choose from four presets such as "Standard", "Chrome Film Rich Color" for deep, dynamic tones, "Chrome Film Vivid" which offers vivid saturation and rich colors, or "Chrome Film Soft Tone" for light, soft tones.

• Monochrome Profile Control: Apply a combination of up to four effects. Presets include the color filter effect, highlight and shadow control, shading effects, film grain effect and monochrome color effect for unique black and white images. The following four presets are available: Standard, Classic Film B&W, which uses a film grain effect for stunning black and white images, Classic Film IR, which simulates the look of infrared film, and Classic Film Low Contrast, which softens the contrast for a subtle finish.

These profile controls make it easy for photographers to create a distinctive visual aesthetic while enjoying the flexibility of the latest digital technology.
