It is suitable for flashes with a round head, such as the V1 series, as well as for flashes with a square head, including the V860II/III and TT350 series. It is also ideal for outdoor flashes such as the AD300, AD200 and AD100 series, making it the only rail you need for different flash systems. The redesigned S3 is smaller and lighter, making it more portable and convenient than ever before. Thanks to the integrated, one-piece design, it is ready for immediate use and does not need to be assembled. The rail features ±90° tilt adjustment, allowing you to precisely control the flash angle for multi-directional fill light and more flexible light setups. This gives you more control over how the light falls on your subject and expands your creative possibilities.
The versatile S3 has a standard Bowens connector that accepts a wide range of light shapers - from softboxes and reflectors to snoots. This system enables quick and reliable adjustments to your creative set-up. To protect your equipment, the mount is equipped with a soft, integrated silicone pad with a grid structure that holds the flash securely in place, prevents it from slipping and dampens vibrations. The clamping distance can be adjusted from 3.5 to 6.4 cm and is therefore suitable for various sizes of clip-on and external flashes.
The functional design of the S3 is also reflected in its mounting options. It has an integrated umbrella holder for quick installation of umbrellas and thus offers additional options for light control. There is a tripod mount on the underside that allows you to attach the bracket directly and securely to any standard light stand. This makes it a robust and reliable part of your lighting equipment.
