Tilt and shift are mechanisms in photography that are used to control focus and perspective in a targeted manner:

Tilt

Changes the plane of focus. This enables an increased depth of field (e.g. in landscape photography) or creative effects such as selective focus and miniature effects.

Shift

Moves the lens parallel to the sensor plane to correct converging lines (e.g. in

architectural photography

)

or

panorama

Both mechanisms can also be combined to achieve technical corrections and/or artistic effects. With a close focusing distance of 22.8cm, the lens is ideal for a wide range of applications, from product shots to macro photography.

The lens has two independent rotation functions. The connection rotation can be rotated through 360°, whereby it engages every 15° and can be fixed in any position. On the tripod clamp, the lens can be rotated continuously through 360° and also locked in any position.

With a maximum aperture of f/2.8, the lens offers outstanding performance even in low light conditions. The high-performance optics comprise 12 elements in 14 groups. The result is outstanding image quality that ensures clean and sharp images. Every detail is captured with precision and clarity,

with manual focus and aperture adjustment.
