The 17-70mm f/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD (Model B070) is a fast standard zoom lens for APS-C mirrorless cameras. It was designed to offer both a wide Zoomrange and outstanding image quality. With a focal length range of 17 to 70 mm¹, it achieves a 4.1x Zoomzoom factor—best-in-class among APS-C standard zooms—while maintaining a constant maximum aperture of f/2.8 across the entire Zoomrange.

The 17-70mm f/2.8 VC features the VC (Vibration Compensation) image stabilizer as well as a fast and quiet AF system². Since focus breathing and AF noise are effectively suppressed, the 17-70mm f/2.8 VC is equally suitable for both still photography and video recording.
