he AD400PRO II can freeze even the fastest movements with an ultra-short flash duration of up to 1/27770 second (t0.1). This produces razor-sharp images of flying drops of water, speeding vehicles or other fast-moving subjects. Thanks to its lightning-fast recharge time (down to 0.01 s), the AD400PRO II keeps pace with creativity without missing a beat.

The AD400PRO II offers 10 power settings from 1/512 to full power, allowing precise adjustment of flash output for consistent, repeatable exposures. The integrated 30W two-color LED offers a constant mode for manual brightness (10%-100%) and color temperature (2800K - 6000K), as well as a prop mode where brightness follows flash output. The stable, flicker-free lighting also serves as a continuous light for videos. Equipped with the 2.4 GHz Wireless X system from Godox, the AD400PRO II ensures fast and stable communication of multiple flash units.

With the X3 trigger, one-tap synchronization connects all units instantly - no manual group or channel setup required. It also works seamlessly with Xpro II, X2T, X1 and other X-series transmitters. For advanced triggering capabilities, the USB-C port supports the optional FR433 433 MHz receiver. 16 different flash units assign a unique color to each group, so you can identify and set each unit at a glance - even in low light or from a distance. Simply select the group color on the screen and optimize power or sync settings on the fly to keep your shots running smoothly. Adjust settings instantly via the bright, full-color TFT display, where all key functions are clearly and intuitively laid out.

A single press of the modeling light button turns the lamp on or off. This puts you in control and speeds up your workflow.
The AD400PRO II has both a Godox mount and a Bowens adapter supplied. Switch between the adapters to use a wider range of modifiers from both ecosystems for more creative flexibility
. The Bowens adapter can be installed without blocking the Godox mount.

Combine it with the optional H400P extension head (sold separately) and 2m extension cable to position your light exactly where you need it - close to the ground, overhead or hidden off-camera. The lightweight head is easy to attach or hang, opening up new creative perspectives on location. Connection to the integrated AC400 power input (with the optional AC400 adapter) ensures uninterrupted power supply. To charge the battery quickly, use the optional USB charger Godox UC46. Charging takes only 1.5 hours. The UC46 can charge batteries from the AD600ProII, AD400ProII and AD600 series simultaneously.
