After you have placed items in the shopping basket, after clicking on “to checkout”, it proceeds as follows ...
Enter your invoice address. On request you can enter your VAT ID and/or - if you wish to open a customer account - a password.
It is particularly important that you enter the correct email address, and therefore this must be repeated.
If the shipping address is identical to the billing address, you can immediately proceed with the choice of shipping method, otherwise you enter a different delivery address.
You choose your desired shipping method from DHL, personal collection, or Go-Express.
Chose a payment method. The choices: Advance payment, COD, PayPal, GiroPay, Sofortüberweisung, or payment by credit card.
For personal collection or reservation in our branches, there is also EC or cash payment.
Review and complete the order
Check your details once more and whether you have specified the right products. Confirm that you have read our General Terms and Conditions and have taken note of the right of revocation.
You make a binding offer to buy when you have gone through the online order process and entered all information, and click the “BUY” button as the last step of the order.
Depending on the type of payment, you may be transferred to a service provider (PayPal, Sparkasse, internet bank, GiroPay, Sofort Bank) before the purchase can be concluded.
Once you have again been guided back to the shop or have sent your order, we send you an email which confirms that we have received your order and lists its details (confirmation of receipt).
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally-binding offer, but only an online catalogue. By clicking the “BUY” button, you make a binding order for the items in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of the order occurs directly after sending of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order within five days by sending of an order confirmation by email, or by delivery of the goods.
Please keep the emails you receive during the order process, or print out all documents if applicable. Please always give the order number for enquiries or when making contact.
