Within Germany: From an order value of 39.00 € we ship free of shipping costs by DHL. For cash on delivery payment, a surcharge of 9.00 € is added regardless of the order value. In exceptional cases, products under 39 € are also declared as free of shipping costs (within Germany).
To other countries: From an order value of 150.00 € we deliver many articles free of shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain. The shipping costs for other countries, other items or lower order values can be found at the bottom of this page. Cash on delivery is not possible outside Germany.

If you also book premium shipping for €4.90, your package is guaranteed to be shipped on the same working day (Monday - Friday) if you order immediately deliverable goods by 2 p.m.
We deliver within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of order/payment. For any exceptions, please refer to the notes on the respective product page and in the shopping basket.
Depending on the selected shipping method, a delivery by our partners DHL or GoExpress will then be made within the usual shipping time from Germany. If there are changes to the expected shipping date after an order has been placed, the customer will be automatically informed of this by e-mail. In case of unavailability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any consideration already received without delay.
If you order by 12 noon, delivery will be made the following day from 7 am to 12 noon via GoExpress. If you order by 12 noon on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Monday! If you would like delivery on Saturday instead, please select the option "Go Express Saturday Delivery". Express delivery only takes place within Germany (with the exception of the islands). Payment by cash on delivery is possible for express delivery without an additional cash on delivery fee. Immediate availability of all ordered items must be guaranteed in order to use express delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:
Please check the package carefully before acknowledging it upon receipt! If the shipping carton is not absolutely flawless, have the damage acknowledged by the parcel carrier/forwarding agent. Damage in transit must be reported to the insurance company and without prompt notification and notation at the time of receipt, it is very difficult to obtain insurance compensation. Take enough time to check the packaging thoroughly and do not be rushed. By signing for the delivery, you simultaneously acknowledge the proper receipt of the goods.

Customs or import charges are levied once the parcel reaches the country of destination. Fees for customs clearance are at your expense; we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. Purchase by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries within Germany. Deliveries abroad are possible with prepayment, PayPal, AmazonPay or credit card payment. We deliver via DHL. You pay the invoice amount to the respective parcel carrier upon receipt of the goods. Selected items and brands are excluded from purchase by cash on delivery. The maximum possible cash on delivery amount is also limited, so that the purchase by cash on delivery is not available in all cases.
Purchase by prepayment/bank transfer
You have the option of paying for your order in advance by bank transfer.
We wait for the receipt of your bank transfer and then deliver your order by DHL after receipt of payment.
Please transfer the money only after you have received a message from us that the goods have been reserved for you and have been made available for shipment!
Please note your name and, if known, your customer number or order number on your transfer! This facilitates the allocation to your order.
Purchase via Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can use your address and payment data stored with Amazon without having to register with us. To do this, simply enter your Amazon email address and password after clicking on the Amazon Pay purchase button in the shopping basket and complete the ordering process simple and secure. After you have successfully placed your order, you will also have access to Amazon's buyer protection. When paying with Amazon Pay, no customer account is created, but the order is considered a guest order.
Furthermore, we are unfortunately unable to offer payment via Amazon Pay for store pick-up.
Purchase by giropay
With giropay you can pay conveniently by online transfer in the online banking system of your bank or savings bank. Sensitive and personal data are exchanged exclusively between you and your bank. Paying by giropay also means that your order can be delivered faster! Because we don't have to wait for the receipt of the payment, but receive a payment guarantee from your bank directly after the giropay transfer. Your goods can be dispatched immediately. There are no handling costs for payments by giropay.
With the giropay bank check you can check if your bank supports giropay.
Purchase by credit card or PayPal
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.
There is currently no handling fee for payments made by PayPal or credit card.
The processing of the credit card payment method is carried out in cooperation with Payone GmbH, to which the supplier assigns his payment claim. Payone GmbH collects the invoice amount from the specified credit card account of our customer. In the event of assignment, payment can only be made to Payone GmbH with debt-discharging effect. The credit card shall be charged immediately after the customer order has been submitted in the online shop.
In case of order cancellation or revocation, we will transfer the amount back to the bank account to which your credit card is linked.
Please note the following when paying by PayPal
Your shipping address will be displayed when you log in to your PayPal account. If this PayPal address does not match the address in your shop account with us, it will be automatically overwritten by PayPal. We are discouraged by PayPal to always ship to the address stored at PayPal. Therefore, please note which address you have stored with PayPal and update it in your PayPal account before payment.
Purchase by PayPal instalment
Find your desired product from our online shop and select the option "Or request payment in instalments" instead of "Pay with" after logging into PayPal.
Payment by instalments is possible from an order value of 99 euros up to 5,000 euros - subject to creditworthiness - with an annual percentage rate of charge of 9.99% and a fixed borrowing rate of 9.56%. The lender is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
To use the PayPal instalment facility, you will need a PayPal account.
