Please note that you can return goods to us within 14 days of receipt. We therefore recommend that you do not use the items as if they were your own until you have decided not to exercise your right of cancellation! You can avoid depreciation of a product by not using the products delivered to you like an owner. This will save you and us time and hassle in the event of a complaint.

How do I return merchandise?
If you want to return an item, please fill out the form on this page and state your reason for return.
Now place the item in question in the original packaging in which we sent it to you.
Avoid placing the return label or other tape on the original packaging.

In addition, please use suitable outer packaging for the return shipment.
Please enclose a printout of this form with the return shipment.

Please send the package to us with sufficient postage.
