The F8n Pro offers three outputs for external devices, headphones, and camera connection. With your headphones, you can monitor tracks pre- or post-fader, check levels, and adjust the signal panning. With 8 inputs and 10 tracks, the F8n Pro can record highly complex audio material and opens up new possibilities in post-production.

Internal Processing
The F8n Pro offers flexible signal routing from all inputs to all outputs, phase reversal, and mid-side decoding. It also features high-pass filtering to reduce wind and other background noise. Delays can also be configured on the inputs and outputs.

Reliable Timecode
Ensure perfect synchronization of your tracks. Even when powered off, the F8n Pro’s temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) generates timecode with an accuracy of 0.2 ppm.

Stay focused—with Zoom AutoMix
Zoom AutoMix ensuresyou always stay on top of what’s happening by automatically adjusting the levels of your mix to reduce ambient noise.

Comprehensive Metadata Entry
You can enter track names, scene names, notes, and much more directly on the device or via the Zoom F8 Control app for iOS.

Six Seconds of Audio
With the Pre-Record feature, you can check your surroundings and settings by recording 6 seconds before pressing the RECORD button.

Record and Stream Simultaneously
You can connect the F8n Pro to your computer as an audio interface and route the inputs individually to your preferred DAW or streaming software while recording the tracks to the internal SD card.

Mobility
Using the F8 Control app, you can use your iPhone or iPad to monitor signals, adjust levels, control transport functions, enter metadata, and much more via Bluetooth.

Advanced Control Options
The Zoom F-Control (FRC-8) provides greater flexibility during on-location shoots. With its 60 mm faders and controls for trim, pan, and track recording status, the FRC-8 is indispensable for professional filmmakers.

360° Audio
The F8n Pro’s Ambisonics mode provides precise A-to-B decoding and balanced gain linking to record spatial audio for VR, AR, and more.

Dual Storage
With parallel recording to two SD cards with a capacity of up to 1 TB, you can work completely independently from the very start.

Power Supply
With its many power options and high storage capacity, the F8n Pro is ideally equipped for long shooting days and remote location shoots.

Battery Operation
Use eight AA alkaline batteries for up to 5 hours of operation, or connect the included AD-19 AC adapter.

Alternative Power Supply
External 9–18-volt DC rechargeable batteries can be used via a 4-pin Hirose connector.
