The DJI Mic Mini 2S is a powerful and exceptionally compact wireless microphone system designed for content creators, vloggers, filmmakers, and journalists who want to capture professional-quality audio at any time. With two transmitters (TX) and one receiver (RX), the system offers reliable wireless transmission, high-quality internal audio recording, and maximum flexibility—whether you’re filming with a camera, a smartphone, or compatible DJI devices.

The transmitter features built-in storage of approximately 14.5 GB, which allows for up to 28 hours of internal audio recording in the standard 24-bit recording mode. For more demanding recording situations, 32-bit float internal recording can also be enabled via the DJI Mimo app. This significantly expands the dynamic range and provides more headroom for very quiet or particularly loud sound sources, making it easier to correct clipping and level issues during post-production.

distracting ambient noise can be effectively reduced. You can easily switch between Basic and Strong modes via the DJI Mimo app. Noise reduction can be controlled directly on the transmitter, via the receiver, or—with a direct OsmoAudio connection—even through the user interface of compatible DJI cameras. If desired, the original recording remains unchanged, while only the transmitted audio signal is optimized.

Three voice presets are available for a customized sound; these can be easily selected in the DJI Mimo app and give voice recordings the desired character depending on the application. The “Regular” setting is enabled by default.

The DJI Mic Mini 2S also impresses with its high level of compatibility. The receiver supports mixed connections with transmitters from the DJI Mic Mini, DJI Mic Mini 2, and DJI Mic Mini 2S series and can manage up to four transmitters simultaneously. The included package contains two transmitters and one receiver; additional transmitters are available separately.

The DJI OsmoAudio direct connection is particularly convenient. The transmitter can be connected directly to select DJI devices—such as the Osmo Pocket 4P, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano, and Osmo Action 6—without an additional receiver. Up to two transmitters are supported simultaneously. Additional compatible devices are expected to be added via firmware updates in the future.

Despite its ultra-compact size, the DJI Mic Mini 2S offers impressive battery life. Both the transmitter and receiver support fast charging and deliver up to one hour of operating time after just five minutes of charging. This ensures the system is quickly ready for use again, even during spontaneous recordings, and reliably supports you through long shooting days.
