Equipped with four high-performance MEMS microphones, the device has two switchable microphone modes. It is compatible with the 32-bit float audio format and offers a signal-to-noise ratio of 77 dB for distortion-free sound. The cable- and battery-free design includes a digital accessory shoe mount, a windscreen, an integrated swing mount and a large REC light that illuminates when a recording is in progress.

A simple push of a button switches between the two microphone modes: Pure mode captures pristine audio with a wide dynamic range. Focus mode ensures clear voice recordings, even in noisy environments. There are three polar patterns (front, rear and omnidirectional) and an indicator light that shows the current pickup pattern. The brightness of the indicator light is adjustable - a thoughtful detail that allows more focus on the moment rather than the equipment.
