- The omnidirectional vision system supports flight safety only under certain conditions and does not replace your own judgment and control. Always pay attention to the environment and the warnings in the DJI Fly app during flight and be responsible for the drone and able to control it at all times. When GNSS signals are not available, the optimal altitude range for positioning with the visual positioning system is 0.5 to 30 meters. The performance of the visual positioning system may decrease outside this range. Always fly with caution! The vision system may not work properly if the drone is flying over water, which means that it may not be able to actively avoid water surfaces below it when landing. Pilots should keep the drone under control at all times, make decisions based on an assessment of the environment and not rely solely on the visual system. The visual system cannot recognize certain objects or surfaces, including large structures with frames and cables (e.g. tower cranes, high-voltage pylons, high-voltage lines, cable-stayed bridges); surfaces with no or sparse texture; surfaces with repetitive identical patterns or textures (e.g. small tiles of the same color).e.g. small tiles of the same color); monochromatic surfaces (e.g. pure black, pure white, pure red, pure green); highly reflective or mirror-like surfaces (e.g. ice, traffic signs); surfaces with a high level of reflection.e.g. ice, traffic signs); water or transparent surfaces; surfaces of moving objects (e.g. above crowds of people, above moving objects).moving objects (e.g. above crowds of people, above bushes or grass swaying in the wind); moving obstacles (e.g. people walking, moving vehicles); scenes with drastic changes in light; surfaces that are extremely dark (e.g. less than 1 lux) or extremely bright (e.g. more than 100.000 lux); materials with strong infrared absorption or reflection (e.g. mirrors, glass, traffic signs, asphalt); small obstacles (e.g. fences, branches, power lines) and thin poles or small vertical objects (e.g. utility poles, streetlights). Do not block or interfere with the sensor system under any circumstances. Ensure that all lenses are clean, free of dirt, streaks or other contaminants and are not scratched. The vision system cameras may need to be calibrated after being stored for an extended period of time. A message will appear in the DJI Fly app and the calibration will be performed automatically. Do not fly when it is raining, foggy or visibility is below 100 meters. Check the glass surfaces of the sensor system before take-off. Remove all protective films, stickers or other covers. If there are water droplets, fingerprints or streaks on the glass, clean the glass with a lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or other organic solvents. If the glass surface is loose, damaged, scratched or worn, send the drone to an authorized service center for repair.
- Refer to the user manual for more information.
- ActiveTrack will only function properly if certain flight conditions are met. Refer to footnote 1 to ensure that the omnidirectional vision system is working properly and avoid flying in the following environments or conditions: DO NOT fly in adverse weather conditions such as high winds (wind speed of 10.7 m/s or more), snow, rain, thunderstorms or fog. The drone should NOT be flown higher than 4500 m above sea level. DO NOT fly the drone in environments with temperatures below -10 °C or above 40 °C. DO NOT take off from moving objects such as cars or boats. DO NOT fly the aircraft near reflective surfaces such as water or snow. Otherwise, the vision sensors may not function properly. The vision system may not work properly in dark environments. Always fly with caution and prevent the drone from going into ATTI mode. DO NOT fly in areas with magnetic or radio interference. Common sources of magnetic or radio interference are Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, power lines, substations, radar stations, mobile base stations and transmission towers. Take care when taking off in the desert or on the beach to prevent sand from getting into the drone. Fly the drone in open areas away from crowds.
- Buildings, mountains and trees can block the GNSS signal and interfere with the internal compass.
- Actual weight may vary due to different batch materials and external factors. No training or testing is required to fly the product in most countries and regions.
