The amaran Halo 100x offers powerful studio lighting in an extremely compact format. With up to 84 W light output and 4,890 lux at 1 m, it is over 34 % brighter than the predecessor model amaran 100x S, although it is only around a third of the size. The light can be operated flexibly via the supplied power supply unit or USB-C PD, making it ideal for small studios or mobile setups. Separate controls for brightness and color temperature enable simple, intuitive settings. The standard size Bowens mount supports various light modifiers such as mini reflectors or mini Fresnels. A wide beam angle of 85° ensures uniform, diffuse light without hotspots. Quiet fan operation (28 dBA), an integrated tilt bracket with umbrella holder, a 1/4-20 inch to baby pin adapter and the option of wireless control via the Amaran app or DMX via USB-C ensure comfort in everyday working life. Optionally, power can be supplied via the amaran Peak series, which enables up to 52 minutes of performance. 9 creative lighting effects further expand the range of applications.
