Billing address

Enter your billing address. If you wish, you can enter your VAT ID and/or - if you would like to create a customer account - a password.
It is especially important that you enter the correct email address, so this must be repeated.

If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, you can proceed immediately with the selection of the shipping method, in the other case enter a different delivery address.
 

Shipping method

Select your desired shipping method from DHL, Self-Collector, or Go-Expess.
 

Payment method

Decide on a payment method. You can choose between: Prepayment, Cash on Delivery, PayPal, Payment by Instalments Powered by PayPal, GiroPay, Sofortberweisung or Payment by Credit Card.
In the case of self-collection or reservation in one of our branches, EC or cash payment is added.
 

Order verification and completion

Double-check your details and that the correct products are specified. Confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and that you have taken note of the right of withdrawal.
You make a binding running offer when you have gone through the online ordering process by entering all the details and click on the "BUY" button as the last step in the ordering process.

Depending on the method of payment, you may be redirected to a service provider (PayPal, Sparkasse Internetkasse, GiroPay, Sofortbank) before the purchase can be completed.

After you have been redirected back to the shop or have submitted your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order by us and listing its details (confirmation of receipt).
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "BUY" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days.
