Vouchers and gift coupons

Important note: Do not create a guest account

With vouchers it is extremely important that you have a client account. As a guest, you will not be able to use some voucher options. Please log in as a customer and not as a guest. In the worst case, you will lose your credit after entering the voucher code and it will be difficult or impossible to recover.

Buying vouchers

Vouchers, if offered in the shop, can be purchased like normal items. As soon as you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear below your shopping cart.

Shopping with vouchers

Once you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. During the ordering process you have the possibility to redeem your credit. If the credit is less than the value of the goods, you must choose your preferred method of payment for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of goods, the remaining credit is of course available for your next order.

Account for vouchers

If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can post the amount as follows:
1. click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option of opening one.
2. after you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.

If there should be any problems

If, contrary to expectations, there should be any problems with a voucher, please contact us by e-mail : info@foto-erhardt.de. Please describe the problem as accurately as possible, important details include: Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages from the system as well as the browser you are using.
