Store refrigerated, shoot warm

Film performance depends on temperature. Store the film in the refrigerator, but never freeze it. It is best to bring it to room temperature before use, approx. 13-28 °C. If it is cold, keep your photos warm in a bag close to your body when developing. On a hot day, make sure they stay cool.

Shoot with light

The more light in your shot, the better your photo will be. Instant film loves light, especially natural light. Use the flash for all your indoor shots.

Develop in the dark

All photos will initially appear blank. As they are most sensitive during this time, they should not be bent or shaken. Protect them from light during development and turn the image side down. Keep black and white photos protected from light for about 1 minute and color film for about 6 minutes.

Maintaining the camera
