The ZV-1F gives vloggers everything they need to show their subjects in the best light, scene after scene. It features a 20mm ultra-wide-angle fixed focal length lens for optimal selfie shots and a wide field of view to capture more background. Background blur (bokeh) for photos and videos allows the main subject to stand out or create a softer look.

For a beautiful complexion, the Soft Skin effect smooths skin in video and makes skin tones look natural in photos. Auto Exposure (AE) with Face Priority automatically adjusts brightness when shooting, so faces always have optimal brightness, even in situations with changing light. Focus is highly accurate, and eye AF for people and animals allows the camera to focus precisely on the face and eyes without distraction from other subjects. Users can easily change the subject via the camera's touchscreen. When shooting video, Active Mode5 (electronic) image stabilization is available, enabling smooth and stable shooting even when walking.

The new Creative Look function offers preset looks for photos and videos that create the desired mood by adjusting various details such as hue, brightness and color saturation. Users can choose from ten modes to expand their creative expression and share content instantly without having to edit it first.

In addition, the ZV-1F features an S&Q mode that supports slow-motion shooting at 5x slower speed7 and time-lapse shooting at 60x speed8. This allows users to achieve stunning video effects.

In addition to high-quality photo and video recording, excellent audio quality is also a prerequisite for perfect content. The ZV-1F records voices clearly with its built-in directional 3-capsule microphone, and the windscreen reduces annoying wind noise when shooting outdoors.

The ZV-1F is designed with ease of use in mind, so vloggers can operate it easily and intuitively and focus on capturing content. Weighing only 229 grams9 and with its compact size, the camera is perfect for everyday use and can be taken anywhere. The foldable and rotatable LC display with touchscreen can be operated intuitively and makes it possible to change functions and settings by touch and also to zoom10.

The new Vlog camera has a Bokeh button that allows users to quickly turn on background blur to highlight the face, even while recording, and turn it off just as quickly. The Product Showcase Setting also allows them to seamlessly shift focus back and forth between the face and the product - ideal for shooting product tests. In addition, the ZV-1F features a self-timer11 and recording light to make capturing video content even easier.

Connections and Accessories
The new ZV-1F vlog camera is optimized for use with a smartphone. With the new Imaging Edge Mobile +12 smartphone app from Sony, users can easily establish a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection to the camera and transfer both images and video. Afterwards, the recorded content can be effortlessly uploaded to social platforms. For those who want to, Shot Marks13 allows users to mark recordings intended for posting on social networks - either while recording or during playback on the camera. Users can also cut and transfer marked clips of 15, 30 or 60 seconds14 to their smartphone to post directly to social networks without having to adjust the clip length to the platform's specifications.

With the Imaging Edge Mobile + app, users can adjust numerous camera settings such as date, time, and range, control software updates, and receive support instructions. In addition, the app allows users to remotely operate the ZV-1F and view the battery level and remaining memory capacity.

Users can also use the ZV-1F for high-quality live streaming15. With an appropriate video conferencing application or similar software, the ZV-1F becomes a powerful webcam when connected to a computer or smartphone via USB16.

The ZV-1F is compatible with the GP-VPT2BT17 Bluetooth handle, which allows wireless control of Zoom, recording, and more. The grip can also be used as a tripod for stable shooting while keeping your hands free. And the accessory shoe18 easily attaches an external microphone for clear audio recording.
