An ideal duo for macro photography: the set consists of the Scout MAX tripod with a maximum height of 157cm and the 31cm long tripod extension arm from mantona. Thanks to the uncomplicated leg angle adjustment, the tripod can be quickly converted for macro photography. Included in the delivery is already a ball head as well as a quick coupling system. The tripod extension arm, which can be tilted by up to 180° and swiveled by 90°, is also included, giving you particular flexibility in finding the optimum camera position.

For working close to the ground, the Mantona Scout MAX offers a particularly convenient option in addition to the leg angle adjustment: the center column can be completely removed and reattached to the tripod with the ball head pointing downwards. There are no limits to the photographer's creativity with this high-quality tripod. The Mantona Scout MAX is delivered including ball head and quick coupling system. The camera plate is standardized and can be used with all commercially available tripods.The ball head allows quick reactions in changing light conditions. It can be easily rotated in all directions. The quick release plate is rubberized and thus remains reliably on the camera. An additional lock prevents the plate from detaching from the camera. With this set, beginners and advanced photographers who value quality are perfectly equipped.

The tripod extension arm from mantona is ideal for shots with camera positions outside the tripod axis, e.g. from above. It is also perfectly suitable for macro and still life photography. The extension arm can be swiveled by 0 to 90 degrees at the joint and tilted by -5 to +180 degrees. Thus, it offers high flexibility in finding the right camera position. The tripod support on which the camera is mounted can be rotated 360 degrees.
The joint is very smooth, which allows a soft and precise adjustment. At the same time, a toothed lock provides a better grip. This makes the arm more resilient and prevents the camera from lowering itself on the arm. This makes the extension arm suitable for larger and heavier cameras up to approx. 8kg. The integrated bubble level allows a very precise alignment.
The extremely resilient tripod extension arm is made of high quality aluminum, which keeps wear low. There are two 3/8 inch tripod connection threads and a 1/4 inch camera connection screw on the arm.
