Stream from anywhere
With ATOMOS CONNECT accessories, the NINJA V/V+ can livestream to a range of online services including Facebook Live, Twitch and YouTube. With Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet and the ability to connect to cellular hotspots, ATOMOS CONNECT helps filmmakers, streamers and video content producers reach their audiences from anywhere.

Collaboration for all
ATOMOS CONNECT is fully integrated as a Camera to Cloud (C2C) device. With support for HDMI and SDI-enabled cameras, the device provides advanced online workflows and remote collaboration for many more filmmakers, streamers and video content producers. With Adobe Creative Cloud now part of the Creative Cloud subscription, even more filmmakers have access to cloud-based workflows.

Dual recording
C2C brings production and post-production closer together and opens up new opportunities for remote team collaboration. The dual-record feature of the ATOMOS CONNECT for NINJA V/V+ creates "Hero" Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHR/HD (or Apple ProRes RAW on the NINJA V+) and "Proxy" HEVC (H.265) files with matching timecode and metadata. Proxy files can also be uploaded during recording using ATOMOS Progressive Transfer technology, so the proxy clip is available in the cloud as soon as recording is complete.

With built-in SDI and HDMI interfaces, the ATOMOS CONNECT supports a wide range of professional cinema, DSLR and mirrorless cameras. The device also features ATOMOS AirGlu™ Wireless Sync technology, which enables direct long-distance communication between devices and provides a robust timecode lock

Cloud Studio will launch in June 2022 with two new cloud-based live video production services for sharing and real-time collaboration. ATOMOS Capture to Cloud uploads files from networked ATOMOS devices to cloud-based platforms, including (an Adobe company). ATOMOS Stream leverages any ATOMOS network-enabled device for live streaming to popular platforms like Facebook Live, Twitch, YouTube and more.

Picture in picture

One of the benefits of using CAST with a multi-camera setup is that you can use the picture-in-picture feature to display two inputs simultaneously. Any of the four HDMI inputs can be used for a picture-in-picture effect, and there are controls for the size and position of the superimposed image. You can display a close-up of a product on your desk while simultaneously displaying your face as a picture-in-picture while talking about the product.

Configurable and adaptable

Because the AtomX CAST is so compact and versatile, users can easily work alone or with a team to enhance their productions. Solo operators can carry the Ninja CAST in a small backpack and then use it discreetly with compact mirrorless cameras for productions of any size. For larger setups, the Ninja V/V+ HDMI output can be used as a secondary output that can be set up as a dual program output, preview monitoring for the crew, or to connect to a larger multiview display

Ready for advanced workflows

AtomX CAST connected to a Ninja V/V+ is a fully functional stand-alone switcher, but you can also use it with a computer for advanced video work. In this mode, the AtomX CAST and Ninja V/V+ do the heavy lifting and take the load off your computer. Simply add the AtomX CAST as a media source in OBS, X-Split, and VMix to take advantage of the software application's additional graphics and scene configuration while using the CAST for video input switching
