The Amaran F22x is a powerful and versatile flexible LED mat that provides excellent light output and color rendering - suitable for a wide range of users, from filmmakers to videographers, content creators and even photographers. With 200W of output power, this ultra-lightweight (0.8kg) 2 x 2-inch fixture is capable of outputting 6,960+ lux at 1 meter (5,600K), outperforming anything else in its class. You can adjust the F22x's powerful dual-color chipset from 2500 K to 7,500 K and trigger up to 9 different lighting effects. Install the included foldable softbox and instantly transform this flexible mat into an ultra-thin, soft light that makes any subject shine with outstanding CRI and TLCI values of 95+ and 98+. With continuous dimming from 0 to 100%, frequency selection to block out flicker, and the F22x's Sidus Link app control, you can be sure to always choose your perfect lighting design.

Setting up the F22x is quick and convenient with the compact, collapsible X-frame that expands the F22x into a rigid panel. This frame can be attached directly to a C-stand grip head with the Straight Baby Pin adapter, or to any standard light stand with the included Right Angle Baby Pin and tilt tripod mount, making it an ideal option for all types of filmmakers and creatives.

You can also swap out the softbox for an Amaran F21- Lantern Modifier (sold separately), allowing you to replicate a volumetric lantern with an ultra-light full-color light

With an integrated 3 meter head cable and included 3 meter extension, the F22x can be 6 meters from its compact control box. The F22x's LED and heat dissipation design was engineered from the ground up for the perfect balance of size, weight and intensity, delivering powerful performance from a flexible, featherweight design.

Each control box also features a multi-voltage battery plate, so you can use a powerful 14.4V battery to achieve half power, or maximize intensity at full power when using compatible 26V or 28.8V batteries. You can also achieve full power when using the AC adapter, each of which comes with a specially designed battery plate holder for a seamless user experience. And when combined with the soft carrying case, the F22x becomes a portable light you can take anywhere for any production.

The Sidus Link app unlocks tools unique to the Aputure and amaran ecosystems, such as Source Match, Color Picker and Custom FX, all from your phone or tablet. And unique to the newest fixtures in the amaran product line, you can control the F22x via DMX with a dedicated USB-C to 5-pin DMX512 input and output adapter cable to give your new favorite flex light professional control.
