Store refrigerated, shoot warm

Film performance depends on temperature. It's best to store film in the refrigerator, but never freeze it. Before use, however, the film should be brought to room temperature, about 55-82 °F (13-28 °C). If it's cold, keep your photos warm in a bag close to your body while developing. On a hot day, make sure they stay cool.

Shoot with light

The more light in your shot, the better your photo will be. This instant film loves light, especially natural light. Use flash for all of your indoor shots. It is always recommended to shoot with flash (except in bright sunshine).

Develop in the dark

All photos will appear blank at first. Since they are most sensitive during this time, do not bend or shake them. Protect them from light while developing and face down. Keep black and white photos protected from light for about 1 minute, and color film for about 6 minutes.

Caring for the camera

There are rollers behind the film door of your camera. As each photo passes over these rollers, make sure they remain clean. If the rollers are visibly dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth.
