Das ED 12-100mm f4 IS PRO ist für mich das ideale Standard-Zoomobjektiv. Es deckt für die meisten Aufnahmen einen ausreichend großen Brennweitenbereich ab. Nur für einige spezielle Aufnahmesituationen sind vielleicht andere Objektive notwendig (z.B. Makro-, Portrait-, Tierfotos, oder Aufnahmen mit einer größeren Objektivlichtstärke). Trotz des recht großen Brennweitenbereichs erhält man eine sehr gute Bildqualität und eine optimale Schärfe bis in den Randbereich.

Habe das Objektiv jetzt zu verschiedenen Anlässen verwendet. Der Zoombereich ist klasse. Kein lästiges Objektivwechseln mehr. Die durchgängige Lichtstärke ist grandios - besonders bei Videos. Zoomen ohne sich über die Belichtung Gedanken zu machen. Besonders gut gefällt mir der Fokussring, mit dem man schnell zwischen manuell und AF umschalten kann.
Das Objektiv zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Verarbeitungsqualität aus.
Die Auflösung und Schärfe der Bilder sind sehr gut und begeistern bisher.
Weitere Aussagen kann ich noch nicht treffen.
Lieferung durch Foto Erhardt klappte schnell und reibungslos.
Nach ersten Versuchen Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wurde ja auch schon viel darüber geschrieben, muss also jeder wissen ob er so ein Objektiv braucht.
Ich habe es für Reisen in rauhe Gegenden gekauft. Daher war Staub- und Nässeschutz wichtig und dass Objektivwechsel vermieden werden können.
