Very good, unreservedly recommendable

The device was well packaged and delivered faster than expected.Twice I had contact with the customer service / sales before delivery because of queries. Here the answers came very quickly (less than an hour). So buying from Foto Erhardt was exactly the right decision.Now the device does its job as desired.

Sehr gut, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Das Gerät ist gut verpackt und schneller als gedacht geliefert worden. Zweimal hatte ich wegen Rückfragen Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst /Vertrieb vor der Lieferung. Hier kamen die Antworten sehr schnell (kleiner als eine Stunde). Damit war der Kauf bei Foto Erhardt genau die richtige Entscheidung. Nun macht das Gerät seinen Dienst wie gewünscht.
