Whether in sunlight or low light, the 13 f-stop dynamic range with dual native basic sensor sensitivities up to ISO 25,600 delivers brilliant, low-noise images in all lighting conditions. The 6K G2 model is equipped with a larger Super 35 sensor, which enables shooting with a shallow depth of field and anamorphic lenses. All models can film at frame rates of up to 60 fps or up to 120 fps in crop mode. Combined with Blackmagic color processing, the legendary sensor offers the same imaging technology as high-end digital film cameras.

Large 5-inch touchscreen for fast and accurate focusing
The bright 5-inch touchscreen on the back of the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera makes framing and precise focusing easy. On-screen overlays show status and recording parameters, histogram, focus peaking indicators, levels, frame edge markers and more. The LCD screen of the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 is an advanced HDR display that can be tilted up and down to check settings from any position

The advanced OS with the features of the URSA Mini Pro
The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 is equipped with the same high-quality fifth-generation color processing as the top-segment URSA Mini Pro 12K. That's why this camera delivers even more advanced image quality with excellent skin tones and true-to-life color reproduction in every setting. With the new dynamic 12-bit gamma curve, more color data is captured in the highlights and shadows for more beautiful images. Because Color Science also handles some of Blackmagic RAW's complex image processing, more sensor data on color and dynamic range is preserved in the metadata for post-production.

Professional connections for individual rigs
To facilitate precise outdoor and freehand shooting, Pocket Cinema Camera 6K models support the attachment of the optionally available viewfinder. The Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF features a high-quality 1280 x 960 OLED color display with built-in proximity sensor and four-element diopter with a power of -4 to +4 diopters for infallible focusing. An integrated digital test chart enables perfect focusing of the viewfinder. The electronic viewfinder also displays important status information such as image border markings. The Pocket Cinema Camera Pro EVF is attached in an instant via a single connector. The viewfinder has a 70 degree swivel range and comes with four different eyepiece cups for left and right eye

Both Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K models now use larger NP-F570 batteries, allowing you to shoot longer without swapping batteries. A lockable DC power connector prevents the power cable from being accidentally unplugged in the middle of a shoot. The supplied AC power adapter supplies the camera with power and charges the battery at the same time. In addition, the USB-C expansion port supports even trickle charging. This allows batteries to be charged via portable battery packs, cell phone chargers or laptops. The optional battery grip holds additional batteries that significantly extend the camera's operating time for all-day shoots, for example.

Record directly to external drives via USB-C
The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera has an innovative high-speed USB-C expansion port for transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps. Most new computers have a USB-C port that even supplies power. By connecting external accessories such as memory sticks and SSDs, you can achieve significantly longer recording spans. A fast external drive allows you to record 6K in 12-bit Blackmagic RAW Q0 in constant quality or at high frame rates. The Irix Cine 11mm T4.3 is a full-frame cine lens that easily captures every moment with 8K UHD resolution. The extremely short focal length, the straight image projection and the large image circle of 43.3 mm make it one of the most outstanding cine lenses on the market. Depending on the sensor size, the lens can offer a great field of view for classic wide-angle shots or an incomparable super panorama with a 123-degree angle of view in 2.39:1 widescreen format.

All Irix cine lenses are designed according to uniform standards. Similar weight, same position of

focus and iris gears and 86mm filter thread on the front of most lenses. The characteristic Magnetic Mount System allows easy mounting of the Irix Edge MMS filters on the 15mm, 30mm, 45mm and 150mm lenses. The weight of approximately 1 kg is a perfect counterweight to most mirrorless cameras and makes balancing a breeze when using a gimbal.
