Sony PXW-Z150 XDCAM Camcorder

With this powerful compact camcorder from Sony you can record impressive videos with up to 4K resolution. The black "PXW-Z150" comes with the world's first 1.0" CMOS image sensor stack for professional video applications. Since the readout speed has been doubled compared to the conventional 1.0" sensor, beautiful recordings in up to five times slow motion (up to 120 fps) or high-resolution 4K videos without binning are possible with full pixel readout.

The image sensor resolves at 20 megapixels and minimizes noise. Since more light falls on the sensor, the pictures are especially sharp. Bright and stable pictures are also created in dark scenes (minimum light intensity: 1.7 lux). To put the important things in the foreground, a beautiful bokeh can be created. The integrated Sony G lens is ideal for landscape photography. With a focal length of 29 to 348 mm and a 12x optical Zoom, great wide-angle and telephoto shots succeed. There are advanced network features in the camcorder, so you can stream your video files directly or transfer them via FTP. The PXW-Z150 can be remotely controlled via the Wi-Fi connection with your smartphone or tablet, so that the most important settings can be conveniently adjusted remotely.

The wide-angle OLED viewfinder is 0.39 inches and offers high contrast. The 3.5-inch, 1.55 MP foldable LCD screen lets you view footage in high quality. The camcorder was designed with a lightweight and compact body in mind, so you can easily take the PXW-Z150 with you. The camcorder has two memory card slots (SDXC and SDHC cards) that you can write to either simultaneously ("SIMUL") or sequentially ("RELAY").
