This gray filter greatly reduces the incidence of light in very bright environments, so that the exposure time is extended and the depth of field can be intentionally reduced. The extension factor is 1000x, so that can be extended by ten f-stops.
Vignetting does not occur with lenses from approx. 28 mm focal length (full format, APS-C: 19 mm, MFT: 14 mm). A microfiber cleaning cloth, filter adapter ring and storage bag are included. The filter has a light metal mount and a front thread.
