Easily discover and identify birds and other wildlife at night without disturbing light sources. But you can also get closer to nature during the day, as you can also identify and observe hidden and camouflaged birds thanks to the high-resolution AMOLED display.

With an optical magnification of 2.4 ×, a range of 1,300 m and a compact field of view of 19 m at 100 m, the ZEISS DTI 3/35 GEN 2 offers excellent long-range vision. The fine, stepless Zoom adjustment enables magnification in 0.5 increments.

Improved image quality and detail recognition

New, more powerful hardware enables improved image quality and pushes the limits of the 384 x 288 sensors even further. The new AMOLED display with 1,024 x 786 pixels improves contrast and color reproduction for a more detailed image with less noise in the background and sharper edges

Extra long battery life

With an impressively long battery life of 8 hours, the ZEISS DTI 3 GEN 2 offers enough charging capacity for two to four birding trips. The Auto Shutoff function saves battery power: the DTI switches off automatically after a freely selectable period of time as long as there is no interaction with the thermal imaging camera.

Perfect ergonomics

The thermal imaging cameras of the DTI 3 GEN 2 family impress with their unique ergonomics: the ErgoControl operating concept enables easy, intuitive control of all functions thanks to the intelligent positioning of the buttons. Three observation modes for every situation

Different environmental situations require different device settings. The DTI 3 GEN 2 has three pre-programmed observation modes: Universal, Detect and Fog. In Discover mode, for example, the heat sources are highlighted even more and the cold background is reduced at the same time.
