The newly developed 24.1MP full-frame CMOS image sensor, powered by a latest-generation Venus Engine, enables faster readout speeds as well as high frame rate shooting in 4K120p and 5.1K60p

, and with Dynamic Range Boost mode, it achieves up to 15 stops in V-Log at frame rates below 30p. Photo features include up to 70fps high-speed continuous shooting (with pre-burst function of up to 1.5 seconds), for capturing fleeting moments.

The LUMIX S1II also enhances the workflow for diverse content production. The highly regarded Open Gate function now supports formats beyond 6K30p, enabling 5.1K60p, expanding creative possibilities.

The consistently fast telephoto lens is characterized by its weather resistance and extremely powerful stabilization (up to 7 shutter speeds longer hand-held exposure). The constant aperture of F2.8 with 11 blades ensures smooth defocusing and impressive bokeh. Fast and precise focusing via the focus clutch function, among other things, round off this telephoto zoom.
With teleconverters, the maximum focal length can be extended to 280mm (1.4x, DMW-STC14) or 400mm (2x, DMW-STC20) super telephoto. The filter size is 82 mm.
