Leider hat -wie schon häufig und trotz bereits 2-maliger Reklamation an höherer Stelle- der Ausfahrer von DHL gar nicht ausgefahren, sondern gleich am nächsten Tag einen Zettel vom Briefträger bringen lassen. Sie sollten erwägen, zu DPD zu wechseln, mit denen ich bisher nur gute Erfahrung gemacht habe.

I have sent a file to Ad Service in Italy ( Opera - Milano). It will sent in Japan for further assistance: if necessary the substitution of camera. Iam still waiting for my order n° 163 894. I used the Google webpage to translate most of the messages I received from Foto-Erhardt and most of your webpage, and this gave me some work... so maybe you can have an international english webpage too, no?
Now, about the purchase, I found here at Foto-Erhardt, the best price in Europe and I didnt loose it.
One thing that I didnt like very much, was the payment form. I had to make a bank transfer to an IBAN you sent me, and this, I think, wasnt very secure to me.
I would like very much to pay with VISA card, that give me more confidence to resolve any problem that could occur with my money... yes, I know that VISA charges the stores with big taxes, and maybe you couldnt have so nice prices anymore, but for the purchaser it is more secur.
In conclusion, all works well, and right now I am the proud owner of a new Canon 5D body, with the best price I could get.
