I am very satisfied by the delivery service and also for the multiple emails I got along the short time that it took for Foto Erhardt to deliver the order. Even thought they had to order the product from the maker. I have not had such a good service with every companies in Germany even though I thought it to be a land of efficient business. Foto Erhardt stand up to that worldwide reputation.Therefore, I will recommend this business even if you need someone to help translate the emails and a free online translator will do. At no time did I have to wonder about my order and waste my time with worry and go to the site to figure things out. Foto Erhardt is great with communication and that is why I highly recommend it! Beside it was for a birthday gift that was right on time for the party! GREAT job guys!

Frank Lischka .23/01/2007350 € weniger zu zahlen als beim preiswertesten Händler in München ist schon ein Argument für den Kauf bei Ehrhardt. Wenn dabei noch ein seit Jahrzehnten bestehendes Geschäft mit einer vertrauensvollen Webseite dahinter steht, sollte nichts mehr schief gehen. Meine Sony FX7 kam einwandfrei in der schnellstmöglichen Lieferzeit an meine Haustür. Mal sehen was ich demnächst noch kaufen muss... Dipl.-Ing. Frank Lischka
