You can use Zoomlenses and battery grips, and thanks to the 7.5cm wide shoulder pad, the weight rests extremely gently.
At the front, the strap can be conveniently adjusted. It can bear a weight of up to 5 kg and thanks to the 1/4"-20 tripod thumb screw you can comfortably use your camera on tripods.
