Chest harness as a comfortable carrying system for 2 interchangeable lens cameras with Zoomlenses

The Camera Harness-2 is a comfortable chest harness for two cameras with Zoomlenses attached. The harness is a perfect carrying system for nature photographers, photo-savvy hikers or birdwatchers. One camera is carried directly in front of the chest, the second camera hangs at the side of the body on a removable holster. Both cameras hang in a very stable position without swinging around. You can also access your cameras at lightning speed at any time. The weight of the cameras is distributed relatively evenly over the entire upper body. The cameras therefore do not become a burden, even after prolonged periods of carrying.

New version with improvements such as lens straps, accessory pockets and better materials

Since autumn 2017, the Camera Harness has been available in a new version with many detailed improvements. One particular innovation is the lens strap on the front of the harness. It can be used to additionally stabilize the lens of the attached camera. There are also numerous new storage options. These include a small pocket at the front, a slide-in compartment at the back of the front section and a large mesh pocket at the back. The new harness is also made from a visually appealing nylon fabric, which contributes to the high-quality appearance of the harness. As usual, the material is very robust and water-repellent. It also has a first-class finish. All in all, you get a product that offers high stability and maximum reliability, i.e. a product that you can entrust with your expensive camera without hesitation

. Suitable for many camera types: e.g. for DSLR cameras and larger mirrorless system cameras

The Camera Harness is suitable for a wide range of cameras. These include SLR cameras of all sizes and larger DSLM cameras such as the Sony a7 and a9 series, Olympus OM-D, Panasonic GH or Fuji X-T series. The manufacturer does not specify a weight limit. In practice, the Cotton Carrier has also proven itself in use with heavy telephoto lenses on full-frame cameras, such as 70-200mm f2.8 or the 150-600mm Sigma Zooms.

Detachable side holster for the second camera - attachment via strong Velcro straps

The second camera is carried on a detachable side holster. The holster is identical in construction to the holster that is also available to buy separately. It has two Velcro straps on the back. The straps are looped around the waist belt of the Camera Harness and velcroed together. The Velcro fasteners are very strong. They therefore hold absolutely securely. The straps are also relatively wide. This has the advantage that they distribute the weight of the camera attached to the holster over a larger area so that the waist belt cannot sag.

Secure fastening system with brackets and camera adapters for snapping in

The Camera Harness-2 has the same fastening system as all Cotton Carrier products. The system consists of snap-in brackets and matching camera adapters. The adapters are screwed onto the tripod threads of your cameras. To do this, use the enclosed Allen key. To snap an adapter into one of the holders, hold your camera with the lens pointing to the side. Then slide the adapter into the holder and turn the camera 90 degrees so that the lens is pointing downwards. The holder and the adapter are then securely connected to each other. You can only remove the adapter with the camera if you turn the camera 90 degrees to the side again. This system is extremely secure. The camera cannot fall out of the holder. Nor can it be easily pulled out of the holder, which provides reliable protection against theft. The system works thanks to the special shape of the adapters. The mounting piece of each adapter has a round shape with two flattened sides. The adapter can therefore only be pulled out of the holder when the two flattened sides are aligned parallel to the guide groove of the holder.

Length/width adjustment via straps with bar buckles and Velcro surfaces on the back

The length of the waist belt can be adjusted via tensioning straps with bar buckles. The length of the shoulder straps can also be adjusted using bar buckles and easily accessible tabs on the front. The shoulder straps are also connected to the back section via long Velcro surfaces, providing an additional option for adjusting the length.
