Arca-Swiss compatible and 1/4 inch internal thread for almost any quick-release plate

The tripod adapter has a dovetail guide on the underside and is therefore Arca-Swiss compatible. The 1/4 inch internal thread can also accommodate all quick-release plates with a corresponding fastening screw. This means that the Cotton Carrier System can also be attached to Manfrotto tripods, for example. All you need to do is mount a corresponding quick-release plate on the adapter.

Three ways to mount the camera body

Depending on use, the camera can be mounted on the tripod adapter in three different places , allowing the adapter to be perfectly positioned on the camera body and almost all mounting options with different accessories to be implemented. It is mounted on the tripod thread of the camera using a fastening screw. A hexagon socket wrench is included as an aid.

Rubber coating to protect against scratches and slipping

A robust rubber coating is placed between the tripod adapter and the camera body before fastening. This is the same size as the adapter itself. This ensures a stable hold and prevents the camera from twisting. This rubber coating also protects the camera body from scratches.

Marking for correct mounting

The tripod adapter has a triangular marking. This triangle should always be aligned in the direction of the lens when mounting on a camera body. This ensures that the camera can be correctly inserted and carried when it is inserted into a holster or harness carrying system.

The tripod adapter has an opening to which the Cotton Carrier hand strap can be quickly and easily attached. systems.
