! The Totepack 20L from Peak Design combines the best of both worlds and is just as convincing as a backpack as it is as a hand carry bag. With padded, removable back straps and sturdy carrying handles, a wide, self-closing lid flap and side zipper openings, it meets a wide range of requirements and is just as at home in everyday life as it is on a street photo tour. Of course, it also includes the details of a real photo bag, as we know them from Peak Design: individually configurable dividers for the interior, compartments for accessories and an extra compartment for your laptop. So you not only have your camera with you, but also everything else in a practical and stylish way. With a capacity of 20 liters, you also have plenty of storage space for interchangeable lenses, accessories and everyday items.

Quick access, secure interior

The clean design combines the minimalist look of a carrier bag with the functionality of a fully-fledged backpack - protected by a durable, waterproof cover made from 100% recycled nylon. Ingeniously simple: access to the inside is via a weatherproof flap with magnetic closure. Sturdy protection against wind and weather, which shields the zipper underneath. The zipper can also be left open for easy access to the inside, as the flap closes reliably by itself thanks to the magnets in the case. You also have full access from both sides to get to the camera in seconds at any time.

Adaptable interior: space for camera and lenses

The large main compartment is adaptable: with individually positionable and foldable Velcro dividers, it can be adjusted to suit the space requirements of your photographic equipment and is therefore suitable for any type of camera. For example, a DSLR with attached Zoom lens and 2-3 additional lenses are possible. The same applies to DSLM cameras, such as the various models in the Sony-a7 series or a Fuji X-T3. If the supplied FlexFold dividers (see below for more information) are folded as a 'shelf', two fixed focal lengths can be 'stacked' on one side in addition to a large Zoom lens, resulting in a considerable transport capacity. Of course, you can also remove the FlexFold dividers completely if you are transporting other items.

Almost a trademark of Peak Design: unlike other bags, the bags and backpacks in the Everyday Line can be divided and adapted even more flexibly. The highlight behind it: the FlexFold dividers! The developers at Peak Design have based the concept on Japanese origami techniques. With this innovative design made from two layers of fabric, the one-piece is not only simply foldable, but can also be folded out twice: one layer of the divider can be folded down while the other layer remains unfolded. This gives you a kind of shelf with an intermediate shelf. The divider can support a long lens and at the same time separate two lenses stacked on top of each other - a multitude of storage options.

Versatile extra compartments

There is a sturdy extra compartment for tablets with a screen diagonal of up to 15 inches as well as small compartments in the inner lining for batteries, memory cards and much more. Of course, there is also a standby compartment on the outside for things like your smartphone or wallet. But more luggage than planned? No need to worry with the Totepack, because the carrying capacity can be increased with the included cord hook carrying straps: simply snap the adjustable carrying straps onto the side of the bag. Tripods and other items can be securely attached and carried. Waterproof DWR coating and weatherproof zippers with flaps and security tabs make the bag suitable for harsh environments, while the soft cotton blend inner material provides a high-quality feel.
