Not only do they protect your clothes, their cube shape makes space-saving packing easier, which is even more important. Peak Design has taken the familiar design of a packing cube a step further. The Packing Cube Medium not only offers a compression zipper to change the packing volume, but even more interesting are the two separate compartments for stowing fresh and worn laundry separately.
The Packing Cube Medium is one of the modules from the Travel-Line packing cube system. It therefore integrates seamlessly into the backpacks and travel bags of the Travel-Line series. But of course it also works as a standalone and you can use it as a packing cube for non-brand trolleys, bags or rucksacks.
The Packing Cube Medium has a compression zipper so that you can increase or decrease its volume. When fully compressed, the cube has a volume of approx. 9 liters. The volume can be expanded to up to 18 liters, which doubles its capacity.
The packing cube has two separate compartments that you can access via zipper openings. In addition to the main zipper opening at the top, there is also a smaller zipper opening at the bottom. The two compartments are separated from each other by an intermediate layer so that you can separate fresh and worn laundry. However, you don't necessarily have to work with separate compartments, as the intermediate layer is designed in such a way that each of the two compartments can take up the entire space of the packing cube without compromising the capacity of the cube. It sounds complicated, which it isn't, but it actually comes across better in the product video.
