The VANGUARD VEO HD2 1042M is a lightweight, compact and rugged monocular that stows well when you're packing light. This kit comes with a PA-60 smartphone adapter and a Bluetooth remote control for digiscoping that gives you closer, clearer images and video - 10x closer to the action. The 42mm lens, HOYA ED (extra-low dispersion) glass, BaK4 roof prism and multi-coated lenses deliver a clear, sharp image. Measuring only 12.7 cm long and weighing only 325 grams, this monocular is compact to store. Use the included neck strap to keep the monocular ready for use at all times, or store it safely in the pouch that can be attached to a belt. A 1/4-inch thread allows you to mount the monocular on a tripod or tabletop stand, providing more options for your setup.

When using the monocular in the field, you have only one long, textured focus wheel. This makes it easy and intuitive to focus the monocular, even in cold, wet conditions where you need gloves. You can lift the monocular to your eye and focus in an instant so you don't miss a thing. To protect the monocular, the housing is encased in thick rubber armor, and covers on the objective lenses and eyepieces help prevent scratches.
