Every camera needs a suitable film. The i-Type cameras from Polaroid have their own i-Type film which, unlike the standard film for the vintage cameras, is battery-free and optimized for the Polaroid OneStep 2 camera.
Film performance depends on the temperature. It is best to store the film in the refrigerator, but never freeze it. Before use, however, the film should be brought to room temperature, approx. 13-28 °C (55-82 °F). If it's cold, keep your photos warm in a bag close to your body while developing. On a hot day, make sure they stay cool.
The more light in your shot, the better your photo will be. This instant film loves light, especially natural light. Use the flash for all your indoor shots.
Itis always recommended to take photos with a flash (except in bright sunshine).
All photos appear blank at first. As they are most sensitive during this time, they should not be bent or shaken. Protect them from light during development and turn the image side down. Keep black and white photos protected from light for about 1 minute and color film for about 6 minutes.
