NiSi Night Kit - V7 - 100mm Filters

The Night Kit with square 100mm filters is the right kit for taking photos of the night sky. Add the Natural Night filter to combat light pollution and the Star Soft filter to highlight constellations in the sky, and you have a complete kit for a great start to your night sky photography.

The Night Kit with NiSi 100 mm square filters includes:

Compatible with all lenses with 49- to 82-mm thread, rings 67/72/77 and 82 mm are

included.

The other sizes can be purchased here. Due to the high tolerances of the Tokina 11-20 lens with 82 mm thread_, a_ spacer ring** must be added to ensure compatibility of the NiSi V7 with this lens. The same adapter can also be used for the Tokina 17-35 f /4, but vignetting will occur up to about 18 mm.

Construction

All square NiSi filters are Nano Coated®. This designation indicates the use of the exclusive Nano Coating, which makes the filter water and oil repellent for perfect sharpness. NiSi filters also use IR technology, which is a coating that blocks infrared light, eliminating the risk of magenta color cast.

NiSi filters are made from the highest quality lens grade optical glass to ensure that even the smallest detail in your images is not lost. The special nano-coating on both sides minimizes unwanted reflections and gives NiSi neutral density filters the property of being water repellent and oleophobic. Thanks to the exclusive NiSi glass used, there are no comparable quality filters, so you can be sure that your lenses will not lose sharpness.

Weatherproof

The Nano® coating gives the filter the ability to repel water and oils, making it very easy to clean even in extreme conditions or in the presence of seawater. The finishing of the edges and the rounded corners improve the resistance of the filter and the grip.
