NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filter

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters darken the entire image, allowing you to compensate for bright conditions while keeping the aperture, shutter speed and iso at the required level. The IR coating prevents unwanted discoloration of the image when used in conjunction with other filters. To eliminate any color cast and keep blacks as rich and true as possible, a layer of NiSi optical nano-coating is applied to each surface of this filter along with the IR coating to achieve the highest possible color accuracy. This coating, coupled with high-quality optical glass and rigorous manufacturing standards, ensures accurate colors and extreme sharpness, making it perfect for today's high-resolution cameras. The Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density Filters feature a double-sided nano coating and infrared light control, and are made from a single piece of optical glass. Each filter features NiSi's exclusive double-sided nano-coating technology with infrared light pollution control. The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Nano IR Neutral Density filters are scratch resistant, oil and water resistant, and feature a nano-coating that forms a protective layer over the glass, making them scratch resistant and easy to clean. The nano IR neutral density filters offer extremely low color shift and superior color control compared to other leading competitors. Finally, the anti-reflective coating reduces glare and reflections to deliver a 6K digital image without loss of clarity.

The NiSi 4 x 5.65″ Range is compatible with all leading brands of matte boxes that conform to the 4 x 5.65″ standard. The cinema filters also conform to the 4mm thickness, so they can fit into filter cages or be used in cage-less designs. A leatherette case is included for storage and transport. A larger filter case is also available to store multiple filters at once.

NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Allure Mist Black Filter (1/8 Stop)

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Allure Mist black filter (1/8 stop) lowers contrast and diffuses highlights in the image, helping to balance tonal range between highlights and shadows. The NiSi Black Mist creates a filmic look and is often used to soften wrinkles and blemishes and create a flattering image of a subject.

NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Linear Polarizing Filter

NiSi's Linear Polarizer uses the same high-quality optical glass as the rest of the NiSi product line. This, combined with the Nitto Polarizer film, results in a filter with a polarization rate of 99.9%. Each filter is precision ground and polished after the film is applied to ensure maximum sharpness. The edges of the filter are sealed with resin to prevent moisture from entering the filter and increase durability.

Polarizers reduce reflection on non-metallic surfaces, revealing an object's original color and texture. Polarizers can also help improve the saturation of colors beyond normal vision. They are the most effective filter for improving the hue of the sky and are not easily imitated by post-processing.

The NiSi Linear Polarizing Filter helps reduce reflections and glare by filtering out light on non-metallic surfaces. This light is often perceived as haze in landscape scenes. The linear polarizing filter allows light to pass through the filter evenly, reducing this haze-like effect and providing a noticeable reduction in glare and reflections from non-metallic surfaces, as well as increasing the saturation of the sky and foliage.

The NiSi Cinema 4×5.65″ Pure Clear Filter is a clear filter and is designed for general protection of your lens. This optically clear filter will not affect exposure or overall image quality and will prevent dust, scratches, moisture and other elements from reaching or damaging your lens.

The NiSi Cinema Filter Pouch for 4×4″ and 4×5.65″ (Holds 7 x 4×4″ or 4×5.65″ filters) is designed for the NiSi Cinema line and holds 7 x 4×4″ or 4×5.65″ filters. It is made of a lightweight material that protects your filters from scratches and dust. The case can hold up to 7 x Cinema filters and features a flip-top design to keep the case open when in use.
