Olympus Macro Flash STF-8

The STF-8 from Olympus is the first lightweight and compact macro flash in a dustproof and splashproof design. The wand flash is also freeze-proof down to -10°C, making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments. Flash photography becomes possible in combination with cameras where focus bracketing and focus stacking are available. The flash is especially ideal for advertising shots in the studio or for flower and insect photography.

Included is an adapter ring that can be used with the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 60mm f/2.8 Macro, the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 30mm f/3.5 Macro and the M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12-40mm f/2.8 PRO. The flash head position can be adjusted within an angle range between -60° and 40°. Suitable diffused light is emitted for soft lighting effects. You can also use the main flash as a control unit to control multiple flash units.
