The Lux Senior is a retro flash unit in the color black that is compatible with cameras from Fujifilm, Canon, Nikon, Olympus and Sony MIS cameras. It can be attached directly to the camera or used as an optical slave flash. Product images show optional accessories and application examples.
The flash unit has a maximum guide number of 14 at ISO 100 and works in automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, the aperture is set to f/2.8 at ISO 100 as standard. The flash unit also offers an optical slave mode with the modes S1 and S2. In S1 mode, the slave flash is triggered by the first flash of another unit, while in S2 mode the pre-flash of the master flash unit is ignored.
The flash unit can also be triggered manually using the sync cable supplied. It has a 3.5 mm sync socket and a control dial that can be used to select ISO, aperture, power levels and distance. It is also very light, weighing just 227 g.
The integrated lithium-ion battery provides a reliable power supply for the flash unit.
