With 20mm fixed focal length (equivalent to 40mm KB) and a slight wide-angle character, it is recommended for versatile uses such as street photography as well as landscape and indoor photography. The high aperture of F1.7 extends the range of use under low light conditions and thus enables creative use of depth of field.

The sophisticated optical design consists of 7 lenses in 5 groups including 2 aspherical elements.
