With the PENTAX smc-DFA 50 mm macro you can take breathtaking pictures of the microcosm. Details are photographed with a reproduction scale of 1:1. This means that a postage stamp measuring 15.7 x 23.5 can be imaged to fill the format.
In addition to the "Quick-Shift-Focus-System", which allows manual focusing in AF mode, as well as a straight line of the front lens, this macro lens has a "brake", which is supposed to protect against unintentional change of focus.
