The Sony 85mm F1.8 telephoto lens with a medium fixed focal length offers an extremely versatile, lightweight and compact telephoto lens solution with a fixed focal length.

Thanks to the large aperture of F1.8, impressive, exceptionally brilliant portraits with soft background blur are achieved, benefiting from the focal length of 85 millimetres and the large maximum aperture of F1.8.

The Sony lens with a fixed focal length of 85mm is equipped with a circular aperture with nine blades for soft, natural bokeh and a dual linear motor for fast, precise and silent focusing. It has a customizable focus hold button that can be assigned to functions in the camera body, such as the popular eye detection. There is also a smooth and responsive focus ring and an AF/MF switch. Thanks to its robust construction, dust and moisture have little effect on it.
