The SmallRig 4135 Cage secures the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and an M2 screw on both sides, while rubber pads prevent scratches and provide full access to buttons, card slots, screen and battery compartment.

For an enhanced grip feel, the cage also features various accessory mounts, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes and ARRI 3/8"-16 positioning holes that support side handle 2093 and 3814, top handle 3765, monitor mount 2903 and 2904, Manfrotto quick release plate 1280 and 2458, power bank mount 2336 and mini V-mount battery plate 2987. There are also two 1/4"-20 mounting holes on one side for single rod clamp 3598 and the Magic Arm 3873.

On the top and left side there are NATO rails for quick connection of the top NATO handle 3766, the monitor mount 2906B or the rotatable NATO side handle 3847.

In addition, the cage has cold shoe mounts for installing a microphone, LED video light, etc., a QD connector for a QD quick release shoulder buckle and an Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom for Arca-Swiss tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbal for quick switching between gimbal, handheld and tripod modes. A screwdriver is also included for easy assembly and disassembly. A free trigger improves the touch.
