As a very compact 4K 60p camcorder, the X1600 offers the mobility and portability to meet the most diverse demands and requirements. It records in 4K at 60fps and Full HD even at up to 120fps for perfect slow motion. The universal lens offers a 24x optical Zoom with an initial focal length of 25mm

. In addition to the three-stage ND filter, it also offers two adjustment rings for quick manual operation of focus, Zoom or aperture. The highest image quality requirements are met by recording with 4:2:2 10-bit color depth at 4K 30p. It can also stream recordings live to the internet in HD via the integrated WiFi.

High-performance lens

This high-performance lens has passed stringent testing standards for aspects such as resolution and contrast. It not only renders sharp, crisp images, but also produces excellent nuances and shading.

1/2.5-inch sensor

By increasing the readout speed, it is possible to process large-volume 4K data at a fast 60 fps/50 fps. This suppresses the rolling shutter distortion that often occurs when shooting moving subjects.

2 manual rings:

• The Zoom speed can be varied by pressing the Zoom rocker switch on the housing.
• Actuating the Zoomlever, which is attached to the handle unit, maintains a constant Zoomspeed, which can be adjusted in 7 steps via the menu.
• The ring size is changed from front to back for easy operation.
  Note: The aperture is only assigned to the manual ring if the manual aperture is equipped.

ND filters:

• ND filters are built into the lens to suppress the amount of incoming light.
• The filters can be selected (1/4, 1/16, 1/64 or CLEAR) to match the shooting environment.
• This is useful, for example, when you want to film in bright daylight with a slow shutter speed. You can also achieve high resolution and a shallow depth of field when opening the aperture.

Super slow motion recording

• Slow motion120/100fps (FHD, MOV): The HD mode achieves a super slow motion effect with a maximum of 120fps (59.94Hz ) or 100fps (50Hz). It supports high-quality 10-bit recordings in FHD mode. The image area is not clipped even at high frame rates.

Professional camera image adjustment functions

• 8-Mode Gamma: Gamma can be selected from eight modes, including two cine-like modes developed based on VariCam know-how.

Waveform Monitor /Vector Scope

Zebra Pattern

• NEW: Supports simultaneous Zebra 1 & Zebra 2 displays with different thresholds
• . Effective for measuring skin tones by setting upper and lower brightness limits and displaying zebra patterns in that range.

Level & Guidelines

• Level: Allows the camera tilt to be checked via an on-screen display on the LCD.

Luminance Level Adjustment

• In the 10-bit modes, you can select 0-1023, 64-940 or 64-1023.
• When creating images that combine photos and videos, editing can be
• performed with suitable brightness levels. When creating the video standard gradation 16-235/16-255 in the 8-bit brightness level, editing can be performed with suitable brightness levels.

USB PD (Power Delivery)

Save/restore camera settings

• Unlimited* relay recording

Data is recorded continuously by automatically switching the recording SD card from slot 1 to slot 2. By replacing the full SD card with a NEW SD card, images can be recorded continuously for many hours.

When the recording time of the relay reaches 10 hours, recording is temporarily stopped and automatically restarted a few seconds later.

• Simultaneous recording

In this recording mode, identical data is recorded on cards in both slots.

• Background recording

Records normal recording start/stop controlled data in slot 1 and records all data in slot 2 even when the camcorder is stopped.

• Pre Rec

This function continuously saves approx. 10 seconds of video and audio data in AVCHD format and FHD MOV/MP4 format, approx. 5 seconds in UHD MOV/MP4 format, before recording starts, so that the data can be restored if there is a delay when Rec Start is pressed.

• Interval Recording (Time Laps)

Records intermittently based on a set interval time of 8 patterns from 1 second to 10 minutes.
