Replacement service for peace of mind
You can have your product replaced in the event of an accident for a small fee. The replacement units are brand new products or equivalent in performance and reliability to brand new products.

DJI Care Refresh Flyaway exchange service Conditions
To use the Flyaway exchange service, the aircraft must be paired with your DJI account and remote controller.
Linking an aircraft to a DJI account means that the owner of the account is the owner of the aircraft.
Linking the aircraft to the remote controller records the relationship between the aircraft and the remote controller.
If a flyaway incident occurs, only the owner of the paired account can request the flyaway replacement service and generate the flyaway report with the bound remote controller.
To use the flyaway replacement service for your product, go to 'Profile' > 'Device Management' in the DJI Fly app to pair your account, aircraft and remote controller in advance.
The Flyaway Replacement Service cannot be used if the Flyaway aircraft was not paired to the account and remote controller or if the account or remote controller was unpaired before the Flyaway incident.
DJI Care Refresh is now renewable DJI
Care Refresh can be renewed up to 15 days after the end of the current contract term for a maximum total term of 3 years.
DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended for 1 year (at the latest within the 15-day period after the current Care protection expires)
Unused replacement products from the first year can be carried over to the next year after the extension.
